Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Acceptable Use Policy for AI Generation

Because Hair Helper AI lets users upload portraits and generate hairstyle and hair color previews, the following rules apply to all uploads, prompts, and generated outputs.

You may not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute content that includes any of the following:

• Sexual, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore, or shocking injury content.
• Hate speech, extremist content, harassment, or content that promotes discrimination against protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, or any other child-unsafe content.
• Deepfakes, impersonation, or use of another person's likeness, identity, or voice without permission.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including using protected photos, logos, or branded assets without the rights needed to do so.

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. You must also have the right to request edits based on the people shown in those photos.

Enforcement Actions

If we believe content or account activity violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove or block the content.
• Refuse to process a generation request.
• Suspend or terminate the account.
• Forfeit credits associated with abusive activity.
• Report illegal content or conduct to the relevant authorities where required.

We may take action without prior notice when needed to protect users, third parties, or the service.

Reporting and Content Moderation

If you see generated content or user activity that appears to violate these rules, please report it to support@tryonhair.co with any relevant screenshots, links, or account details.

Our team reviews reports and may use a combination of manual review, system checks, and provider-side safeguards to investigate suspected abuse. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, block outputs, restrict features, suspend accounts, or escalate the matter for additional review.

AI Model Disclosure

Hair Helper AI currently uses Kie AI's nano-banana-pro model to generate hairstyle and hair color preview images. Suggestion text and hairstyle guidance may also use Kie Codex gpt-6-1-sol for analysis and recommendation output.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance. Hair Helper AI currently sells one-time credit packs that are used to generate hairstyle and hair color previews. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information at checkout.

Refund Policy

Our paid products are one-time digital credit packs. Because credits are delivered immediately after successful payment, all purchases are generally final once any credits from the purchased pack have been used.

When a refund may be granted

We may approve a refund in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.
• You purchased a credit pack but did not receive the credits after successful payment.
• You request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase and none of the credits from that purchased pack have been used.
• We confirm a technical issue on our side that prevented normal use of the purchased credits.

When a refund will generally not be granted

We generally do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• The credits from the purchased pack have already been used in whole or in part.
• You changed your mind after using the service.
• The result did not match your personal preference or styling taste.
• Your request relates to content blocked or limited under our Acceptable Use Policy.

Credit expiration

Our standard one-time credit packs expire 365 days after purchase. If a different expiration term ever applies to a specific offer, we will disclose it clearly at the time of purchase.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@tryonhair.co from the same email address used for the purchase and include:

• your account email address
• the order number or transaction reference
• the reason for the request
• any relevant screenshots if the issue was technical

Review and processing time

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, any unused credits associated with that order may be removed or reversed, and the refund will be sent back through the original payment method. Bank or card processing times after approval may vary by payment provider.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
